National Alliance to be registered in the next 2 months

Dr. Musthafa Luthfy a former cabinet minister and key person engaged in registration of a political party under the name of National Alliance has revealed that necessary documents will be submitted along with 3000 signatures within the next 2 months. He made the statement in a special exclusive given to Miadhu Daily from Hdh Kulhudhuhfushi where he said he was in final stages of obtaining the required 3000 signatures required for the registration.

“We are working on obtaining the required 3000 signatures, we are now in the final stages, we are confident that we can obtain the registration within the next two months. It is not our style to send representatives to meet those interested in joining the party, we will go to them and explain what is in the party manifesto and listen to their views and hold discussions; that is why it is taking some time” said Dr. Musthafa in his exclusive given to Miadhu Daily.

Speaking to Miadhu Daily from Kulhudhufushi Dr. Luthufy said people of Kulhudhufushi have high political awareness and that the people are being very supportive. He further said island of Kulhudhufushi is not an island that is new to the party.
According to sources the Alliance team went to Hdh Kuludhufushi on the 18 of this month and is expected to return to Male’ on the 24 of this month.

Commissioner of Elections as per Political Party Regulation 2005 authorized to carry out necessary work for the registration of National Alliance on the 25 of December 2007.
